In international professional competition, as well as in several recent independent tests, LeadSafe bullets have been shown to be highly accurate.
In a test conducted by Gun World magazine, ammunition using Rainier Ballistics' 9 millimeter, 115 grain bullet was the most accurate of the four types tested, and was more accurate than ammunition using Sierra's 115 grain jacketed hollow point loaded by the same ammunition manufacturer.
In another test conducted by Guns & Ammo magazine, Rainier Ballistics' 45 caliber, 230 grain round nose bullet was the second most accurate of five types tested with an average group size of 1.40 inches at 25 yards. The average group size winner was a mere .03 inch smaller.
